WVSSAC Championship Program Cover Design Contest
During the 2015-16 school year, the WVSSAC office will print fourteen programs for our championship events. More and more schools are getting involved with this project. It goes without saying the cover must catch the eye immediately of those fans attending championship events. All fourteen programs featured cover designs submitted by students of member schools.
If a student’s design is selected he/she, in addition to their name being printed on the cover of the program, will receive a $200.00 scholarship to further their education upon graduation from high school. Upon graduation and enrollment in post-secondary education, the student receives the scholarship.
Students are encouraged to submit designs for specific sports programs. The cover design may be either hand drawn or by computer graphics and include up to four colors. Programs in all championship events from golf to baseball will be published.
Consideration should be given to gender in the design. For example, if a student uses a boy on the cover of the Cross Country you have omitted the girl in the event. Girls Basketball, Softball, and Volleyball are the only all-female sports while Boys Basketball and Baseball are the only all-male sports.

Tennis, Softball, Track, Baseball – April 1, 2016
